Early-access support

Start with the problem you can see

LocalEndpoint Connect is not a broadly supported production release. These paths help an invited tester diagnose common problems without sharing private app data.

What to include in a useful report

  • LocalEndpoint Connect version and Windows version.
  • The action you chose and the exact visible error text.
  • Whether the installer SHA-256 matched the published value.
  • The smallest repeatable sequence that shows the problem.

Never include

Do not send passwords, session cookies, workspace keys, prompts, generated responses, private `.uai` or `.uaix` content, raw logs with secrets, or unrelated local files.

Current support statusNo verified public support inbox, response-time SLA, emergency channel, or 24/7 service is published yet. Invited testers should reply through the original invitation channel that provided the build.

Operating boundary

Public clarity, local authority.

Public product, docs, download, and validation pages do not dispatch desktop commands, probe localhost, upload files, collect runtime telemetry, or claim runtime safety certification. Account credentials are accepted only on dedicated account routes.
